SET UP

We assembled a lean, multidisciplinary team of four experts in product strategy, design, and development, working under the direct guidance of Gala executives.
Approach

We leveraged the existing Gala community's wisdom to kickstart our process while establishing feedback loops with new user groups. Our approach focused on taking small steps and making quick iterations.

Key assumption

A native app is the ideal choice for reaching the Web2 target audience while still nurturing our relationship with the existing Web3 users.
